What's the best way of putting the following ....


The Eagles onslaught in the first included a grand slam bases loaded homer by right fielder Kaine Abbott.

A grand slam is a bases-loaded homer. So you would choose one or the other. If your audience doesn't know the term "grand slam," I would call it a home run with the bases loaded. (And can we make Eagles' possessive, too?)
