(Washington Post)<p>... By what measure can it be said that the impact of the attack was quadrupled? Are we to believe there were four times as many people on the trains as would have been because it was a few days before the elections? Granted, this is an opinion piece by a guest columnist, but shouldn't someone have raised the issue with him?
