Belo Corp. announced today that the Dallas Morning News, a wholly-owned subsidiary, will report a greater than expected decline in its September 2004 circulation. An internal investigation, which is ongoing, has disclosed practices and procedures that led to an overstatement in circulation, primarily in single copy sales. Joined: Thu Apr 18, 2002 12:01 am Posts: 836 Location: New Brunswick, Canada	Anyone else ever worked for a paper where you had to sign a form that said you read the paper at work and therefore didn't buy one at home as you otherwise would have, so as to include all staff in the circulation figures?
