USA	CHICAGO - The Chicago Sun-Times has reduced its single-copy circulation numbers by 23 percent, more than a month after the paper's parent company announced it had inflated the numbers for several years. <p>The 23 percent amounts to roughly 72,000 daily copies of the paper, based on the Sun-Times' most recent publisher's statement filed last fall.
