ORLANDO — Many Florida high school students are sexually active, use alcohol or marijuana and get into cars driven by people who've been drinking. But they are smoking less, and most buckle up.<p>***I feel so relieved. Now their chances of survival are reduced ever so slightly because, when they ride with drunk drivers, they buckle up.***
