Within moments Mr. Hussein entered the room, his hands unfettered, wearing a gray pinstripe jacket, white shirt, brown trousers and black shoes. (NYT).<p>*By the way, I heard an interesting factoid on NPR: An American flag (but not an Iraqi flag) was visible in the courtroom. I didn't see that detail in the Times story. Was it in others?*

Would you make an exception in this case? If so, does it belong in the 2nd graf (that's where I pulled above quote from NYT). *
