from a washingtonpost.com article, posted the afternoon of July 4, about bad weather threatening the festivities in our nation's capital:<p>"Thunder, drenching rains and soggy ground were not enough to dampen the spirits of some visitors who arrived early to stakeout their spots." <p>(And shouldn't it be "stake out"?)<p>and I just noticed the web hed:<p>"Rain Dampens July 4 Celebrations"
