Since the holiday falls on Sunday this year, Americans are already asking, "Is the post office open or closed Monday, November 12?" and "Is there mail delivery on Veterans Day?" The answers are no. Assuming that's an exclusive "or" in the first question, which in speech almost always is, the answer would have to be "yes." It still wouldn't be a useful answer, though. Link
