Time was when you'd send out the photographers to shoot storm pictures during the storm. The photographers would duck out of the building to snap off a few quick ones or, if they were more ambitious, shoot pictures from inside their cars [with the windows rolled up]. Nowadays we've gone one better, and eliminated the photographer.
