Michelle Grattan is the political editor of The Age, published in Melbourne.
Last night she was awarded a Walkley Award. for journalistic leadership. At the end of her speech, Ms Gratten thanked her subeditors (a role similar to that of U.S. copy editors, but with differences) for their patience and grace

No but I was pleased to see that Th eFijian military were aware that the coup deadline clashed with the first session of the second Test and have put the whole bizzo off till Monday.
