We've run Bert Blyleven through the wringer a few times here. He finally limped into the Hall of Fame, helped immensely by the backlash against players of the "steroid era." I guess there are worse pitchers already in the hall. |

He deserves it. He was a consistent winner for years with mostly horrible teams (the '79 Pirates and '87 Twins nonwithstanding). If Early Wynn was good enough to be elected, Blyleven certainly was. |
