It had linked to an AP dispatch that said Jurgensen "retired suddenly." without naming her in the lede (though Kelley was named in the lede). As for retiring to Costa Rica, c´mon down. Erudite (even if testy) ex-copy editors will make a much needed improvement to the local expat community made up mostly of dirty old men, those with a penchant for ante-bellum atitudes looking for Latin flair and kidnappers on the lam. But not only does it never snow here, but we can surf and scuba dive year-round without needing a wetsuit.
