Electrocuted man causes power outage in North Raleigh <p>By OREN DORELL, STAFF WRITER RALEIGH - A 37-year-old man who climbed a 7-foot barbed-wire fence at a Progress Energy substation and grabbed hold of a piece of equipment caused a power outage that affected 8,000 customers, Monday morning, authorities said.
