The 2003 edition of AP's stylebook omits the adopt, approve, enact, pass entry. Editor Norm Goldstein writes:<p>Gremlins were somehow successful, as you note, in deleting without cause the entry on "adopt, approve, enact, pass." It has been restored to the online version of the Stylebook and will once again be an entry in the 2004 edition of the book.<p>Do they actually re-enter every entry for each new edition?<p>[ March 03, 2004: Message edited by: arb ]</p>

I think he means that each entry is considered, deleted, kept, etc. and not that items are entered each edition.
