The ACES conference scheduleseems to change by the hour, but it appears at the moment that Blanp has managed to extricate himself from the formidable time slot into which he had been thrust. Now it's Mr. Walsh who's up against Cruden and Connolly. For a few days, Blanp and Bill were actually going head-to-head.
Blanp's stiffest competition now appears to be "Headlines with Zing!" And his name is spelled correctly now. The man is on a roll.
Stay tuned.
(For those who are making the trip, y'all remember to wear your Testy Copy Editors caps at Treebeard's so's we can exchange the secret handshake.)
[ February 24, 2004: Message edited by: SeaRaven ]

I'm only hoping something comes out of the conference that can appear on the TCE splash page. (Subtle hint to blanp.)

I haven't had any submissions lately, although two have been "promised."

Gosh, blanp, surely you can lift something from Al's Morning Meeting of value? (Wait, that was an oxymoron, wasn't it?)
Try Poynter's "Book Babes" for copy instead.
