Life never ceases to astound "Al" of "Al's Morning Meeting."]<p>Last week at lunch, my Poynter colleague Evelyn Hsu and I were chatting about a wonderful frozen health food entree I was eating. I told her I was impressed that there were only 3 fat grams in the whole big thing. I said I thought I could live on them. She, being a bright person, actually read the box and found the frozen thing had 3 fat grams per serving - and apparently I just ate 3 servings worth! [boldface is Al's] Which brings me to the story idea. .... <p>***I'll just bet it does.***<p>It would be fun to show your readers/viewers how much a serving size of typical foods really is. <p>***Never let it be said that "Al" doesn't know how to have fun.***<p>[ January 13, 2004: Message edited by: blanp ]</p>
