From a brief:
On Dec. 7, a man dressed as Samuel Clemens will recite a monologue about Christmas in the character of Mark Twain, a frequent visitor at Church's estate on the east bank of the Hudson River.

This sentence fascinates me. A man dressed as Samuel Clemens, rather than as Mark Twain. And Clemens "portraying" Mark Twain..obviously, Twain and Clemens must have been completely different in character!
I guess I continue to have the red ass here. Sorry.

Maybe the writer's going to ask for Clemens-y later. Or maybe he'll just say the Huck with it and take the club car home because it's too too Twain.
Couldn't resist.
[ November 28, 2003: Message edited by: majorbabs ]

Ever notice that you never saw Twain and Clemens in the same place at the same time.
