From our friends at AP:<p>WASHINGTON (AP) — Eleven years after most use of silicone-gel breast implants was halted, government advisers recommended Wednesday that the ban be lifted despite lingering questions about safety and durability. The Food and Drug Administration’s advisers stressed that Inamed Corp.’s resumption of sales should come only under certain conditions. At the top of the list: All women will need annual exams to ensure their implants aren’t silently leaking.<p>Hate those noisy implants.......
