From an AP story on port security:<p>Allen said the Coast Guard sought maximum flexibility because ports and ships have such varying vulnerabilities and needs.
"As the saying goes, if you've been to one port, you've been to one port," he said.

<hr></blockquote><p>The problem with that 'un is not that it's a cliche, it's not a saying. I mean, who goes around saying, "If you've been to seen one port, you've been to seen one port?" Well, Allen. Normal people wouldn't utter things like that because they sound too stupid.
