From a KRT story:<p>Berry, 17, was blinded April 13 in an accident with a potato gun, a homemade de-vice that combines a long plastic tube or pipe with a propellant such as hair spray to fire projectiles several hundred feet. In this case, the projectile was a live frog.
Although the fuse was lit, the gun didn't fire, and Berry looked down the barrel to see what was wrong. Suddenly, the gun went off.
