I'd have to see a sample of copy to be sure, but I bet I could do the work quickly enough to earn more than my minimum freelance rate. Of course, I'm faster than most.

I would consider this a PT gig, and it might be a way for someone at a small paper to supplement their shitty pay from home...provided the workload is realistic and you can get it done in four hours or so.
