As the kids say, WTF? Amusing as all these movie quotes have been, how on earth does it help anyone screen job applicants? "Ooh, this person picked a quote from my favorite movie, let me interview her/him."

As long as we're being serious, I've gotta wonder how their HR department didn't nix the notion, as it could be considered a thinly veiled effort to screen candidates by age.
