Exp'd copy editor needed for nat'l women's mag. Ideal candidates will be proficient in InDesign; possess near- perfect knowledge of spelling, grammar & punctuation; & have the ability to edit stories flawlessly on tight deadlines. (Monster)

Looks to me like they're setting people up to fail. How can you edit stories "flawlessly" with only "near-perfect" knowledge of spelling, etc.?
