I'm not trying to criticize this newspaper, because I don't have a clue about the staff there. I was just intrigued by the wording in the ad and am now wondering what the minimum size for a maximally diverse newsroom is if each person can only represent one ethnic group or race. I'm assuming they mean diversity in terms of the U.S. population, not the world population.
