The Villages Daily Sun, a fast-growing daily serving Central Florida, is looking for an outstanding copy editor/page designer to join its bustling layout desk. Applicants should be able to design reader-friendly local pages, feature pages and special sections and be deadline-oriented wordsmiths with knowledge of Quark XPress, grammar, spelling and AP style. The successful candidate must be attentive to detail, cool under pressure, and be able to write snappy headlines and captions. One to three years experience is preferred.
