You know, little things like paid vacation and paid sick days. Never mind a 401k. But you know it's a quality paper when they refer to "processing" and "compiling" what they doubtless call the "editorial product." And "longer Mondays and Tuesdays" is ominously vague. Anyone up for 12-hour shifts?

Its use of "proofreader" tells you how much copy you will actually edit.
