The Beacon Journal, a 130,000 daily in Akron, Ohio, is searching for a copy editor who is also proficient in page design. Universal copy desk, including sports. Morning publication. Must be willing to work nights and weekends. Must like food and noisy co-workers. (ACES Jobs)

And there are so many, many other reasons not to work there. Such as a change in ownership, epic labor strife and rapacious downsizing.

In that case, I know plenty of people in my own newsroom that wouldn't qualify.
