WIRED magazine is seeking four editorial fellows for the second half of 2012. These fellowships are based in the magazine’s San Francisco office and are full-time. The next round will begin July 2, 2012 and end December 28, 2012.

Editorial fellowships focus on the Play section, the Start section, gadgets research, and fact-checking. We do not offer summer internships, and since our fellowships are full-time, they are not appropriate for matriculated students.

Applicants must be pursuing journalism as a career and have experience working in a deadline-oriented environment. You should also be enthusiastic, highly organized, and have a demonstrable interest in technology. A passion for great reporting and writing is essential.

The pay: $12 per hour. The hours: 9 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday.
