It took the Times a whole five, count 'em, five grafs to get around to mentioning a canceled '60s space opera in a science story. The blurb writer, of course, could not resist. Faster Than the Speed of Light? Quote: ***
The team is trying to determine whether faster-than-light travel — warp drive — might someday be possible. Warp drive. Like on “Star Trek.” |
