 Post subject: AP uses "Buckwild's" logo in copy

This has been bugging me since the news came out a couple of days ago.

For some unknown reason, the AP has been writing the title of the program "Buckwild" in its stylized logo form. It appears as "BUCKWILD" throughout. The AP doesn't write BEST BUY or BURGER KINGĀ® in copy. Why has this been allowed?
